Introduction: The development of peri-urban areas coupled with human-induced pollution due to lighting and noise has made it vital to monitor nocturnal animal life including bats. Bats are vital for their insect suppressing role and pollinating capacity; however, they are under great pressure as a result of habitat degradation, barrier structures, and city expansion. Traditional manual bioacoustic processing of the ultrasonic vocalizations is time-consuming and error-prone process that makes the large-scale monitoring and wildlife management impossible. Materials & Methods: In this theoretical study, an automated computational architecture combining modern deep learning architectures, such as CNNs, recurrent neural networks and attention is being proposed to identify and classify bat calls within the acoustical dataset from the complex peri-urban environment. A theoretical acoustic modeling matrix has been developed based on synthetic spectrograms, profiles of the background urban noises, and various signal-to-noise ratios. The framework proposes multi-class classification pipelines where the feature extraction layers of deep neural networks optimize recognition of the target bat species among anthropogenic sounds, wind and mechanical frequencies, thus eliminating the shortcomings of the traditional manual filtering approach. Findings: The theoretical analysis proves that the deep-learning-informed approaches significantly improve detection precision and classification reliability due to modeling the sophisticated acoustic spectrograms and eliminating the background urban acoustic interference. The computer-synthesized outputs prove that the optimized algorithm decreases the rate of false positives, avoids omissions, and results in precise detection of peaks in bat activity, seasonal changes in occupation, and microhabitat use in diverse peri-urban gradients. The sensitivity analysis of the simulated framework demonstrates that deep neural networks ensure consistent prediction quality under changing acoustic quality and sound pressure levels in the background. Conclusion: The application of the deep learning approach in bioacoustic monitoring is a powerful theoretical instrument for efficient monitoring of nocturnal wildlife dynamics in anthropogenic landscapes. This technological revolution enhances spatial and temporal priority setting in urban conservation planning, allowing conservationists to efficiently protect regional bat populations, minimize the negative ecological effects of urbanization, and preserve ecosystem functions in the challenging environment.
